The white and blue of the Aegean: Mykonos, Paros, little Koufonisia and the caldera of Santorini, one island a day for a week.

Greece – Cyclades
The Cyclades are the quintessential Greek dream: white villages, blue domes, windmills and beaches often reachable only from the sea. The islands are close together and every night you can sleep off a different harbour.
The classic itinerary combines Mykonos, Paros and Antiparos, little Koufonisia and the caldera of Santorini. With more days you can add Milos, Naxos or Folegandros.
Departures are from Athens, from the ports of Lavrio or Alimos, or directly from Mykonos or Paros, reachable by plane or fast ferry.
The itinerary
A sample route: we build it around your days, the weather and what you want to experience.
01
The Aegean’s nightlife, Chora with its windmills and the sheltered coves on the island’s south coast.
02
The white villages of Naoussa and Parikia and the calm waters of the channel between the two islands.
03
Wild beaches and crystal-clear water in the Small Cyclades, far from the crowds.
04
The volcanic caldera, with Oia and Fira on the cliff, to be seen from the sea at sunset.
The moment
Sunset in the Santorini caldera, with the boat beneath the cliff.
When to go
The season runs from May to September. In July and August the meltemi blows, a northerly wind that can be strong: for calmer seas June and September are ideal, and a catamaran is the most comfortable boat.
